Looking forward to a logical future I would like to describe an invention to end all inventions. I call it the Replicator. The Replicator is a 3D printer.
Arthur C. Clark thought of something that will make an exact copy of every think. Clark just started to dream of some kind of machine that will create everything that we want. These ideas are not insane because in his words he said “the future is not merely an extension of the present” and he was not wrong.
Mr. Chuck Hull literally makes this true. Hull started to work on the stereo lithography known today as the 3D printer an invention to make solid objects by successivly printing thin layers of ultraviolet curable material of on top of the other. Hull just started to make dreams come true and can change the world for good, like these two ideas.
These guys start to help kids and adults that didn’t born with a hand and help them to have it, thanks to the 3D prints.
Also, this guy started to think how created a house with a big 3D printer, that should be helping to build more faster structure.
“Every revolutionary idea seems to evoke three stages of reaction. They may be summed up by the phrases: 1- It’s completely impossible. 2- It’s possible, but it’s not worth doing. 3- I said it was a good idea all along.”
— Arthur C. Clarke
